Today i want to write something about physics. i hope you don't mind to read it through, okay? when i was in form 4 (in 2009), there was a chapter about wave.
Currently, i'm on my way to finish up watching all episodes of kamen rider den-o. the different about den-o is the story is based on the relation between the past and the current event.
"So, what's up with wave and this den-o?" =.='
Well, what if i say our life journey is related with wave? do you agree? oooookay. let me explain it. do you remember about crest and trough? what? you don't remember anything about these? fine. observe the picture below then.
Then, about the shape of waves. below, is a picture of circular type wave.
At the center of the wave is where it all started. see, the wave (life) getting bigger and bigger (experience more thing) as it move further. it will be bigger than before until the energy is fully lose to the surrounding.
Have you ever seen a wave getting smaller and smaller? the only answer is NO. humans will experience new things and will learn more new things as he/she grows up.
BUT what if the wave (our life) meets a barrier or obstacle (problems)? in physics, this is called as wave diffractions.
Well, when there's a will, there's a way. the waves will difinitely find and moves through a gap in between the obstacles. yes. when the wave are confronted by an obstacle, the wave become smaller. BUT after it passes through the gap, it'll retain it normal shape and grow bigger and bigger then before.
There's more to share. but i think i stop right here. i'll post more regarding on this wave thingy in the next entry.

ReplyDeleteyeah.. cool.. but are you sure this waverey chapter is in form four? ahem,,, its the sixth chapter (first chapter in f5) maybe this doesnt really matter but... lalala... thers's a few misconception here... but its okay as it is for blog... btw, nice job!

okay, so what mistakes did you see?
waves can totally become smaller.
its called damping! and when waves passes through a gap, it did not retain its original shape, but it changes direction. The only that kept constant are its frequency and wavelength.
Im not trying to be serious okay. Don't misunderstood me. Just doing my duty as a teacher. btw, I can see that you're no ordinary student. Is that true? Suppose that you scored well in your SPM right. cecite..
